“DBS Credit Cards Reward You HKTaxi HK$300 eCoupon Lucky Draw” Terms and Conditions

1. “DBS Credit Cards Reward You HKTaxi HK$300 eCoupon Lucky Draw” (the “Promotion”) is only applicable to the Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Card and Business Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
2. The "Promotion Period" runs from 00:00 a.m. on 9 January 2023 (Hong Kong time) to 11:59 p.m. on 31 December 2023 (Hong Kong time) (both dates inclusive).
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who successfully conducted any transaction at HKTaxi at least once with the Applicable Credit Card (“Eligible Transaction”) can be entitled to 1 lucky draw chance. Registration is not required to participate in the Promotion. Each Cardholder can get a maximum of 1 lucky draw chance in each lucky draw. The Lucky Draw is divided into 4 phases and will be held every 3 months. The winners will be drawn randomly by the computer, 10 winners will be drawn from each lucky draw, and each winner will be entitled to a HKTaxi HK$300 eCoupon (“Coupon”). Each Cardholder can win a maximum of 1 Coupon in this Promotion.

All Lucky Draw and Result Announcement Days during the Promotion Period are listed below:

4. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transaction:
   1. Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, unposted transactions, return of goods and/or refund;
   2. Payment via eWallet (including but not limited to Alipay, PayMe and WeChat Pay);
   3. Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
5. To participate in the Promotion, Cardholders are required to install the DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”), complete the registration of DBS Card+ account, and turn on the “InstaRedeem” notification to receive notifications by clicking "More" icon, then choose "App & Security Settings" > "Push Notifications" > turn on "InstaRedeem" notification before conducting Eligible Transaction (as defined in clause 3).
6. Coupon will be credited to the Cardholders’ Designated DBS Card+ account within 1 month upon each lucky draw result released. Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Coupon, for details, please visit DBS Card+ > Rewards > eShop > designated coupon at Coupon Book.
7. To enjoy this Coupon, it is required to make a taxi booking through the HKTaxi, or opt for HKTaxi Pay for Street-Hail, then select the Coupon and Applicable DBS Credit Card (Apple Pay and Google Pay excluded) to settle the fare.
8. Terms and conditions are applied to this Coupon, details as below: 4. This Coupon shall be redeemed via the HKTaxi (HKTaxi > Select “Payment” > “Add a Coupon” > enter Coupon Code), within 2 months upon the date the Coupon credited into Coupon Book at your Card+ account. Coupon shall be valid for 30 days after redemption (details please refer to the validity shown on HKTaxi); 5. Once the Coupon has been selected, the discount as granted by the Coupon will be automatically applied at the end of the ride. HK$300 will be deducted from the total taxi fare. This Coupon can be used for a ride with tips; 6. The total value of this Coupon will be deducted in full when used and any unused balance will be forfeited. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of this Coupon must be settled with an Applicable DBS Credit Card; 7. This Coupon is not for sale, is non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and is non-returnable.
9. If the Cardholders encounter any technical issues on the electronic device and network, including but not limited to communication system failure, interruption, suspension, delay, unavailability or other defects of the electronic device, upon completion of the Eligible Transaction which resulting in the failure of trigging DBS Card+ push notification of the Coupon, the Cardholders shall not in any of the aforesaid circumstances, make any claim or take legal action against the Bank. The Bank has the sole and absolute discretion to decide whether to make any special arrangement and offer any form of compensation for the Cardholder's failure to receive the Coupon notification.
10. The Bank has absolute discretion to determine the validity of an Eligible Transaction and the eligibility of the Prize based on the details (including amount, time and date) of the relevant Eligible Transaction in the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the transaction record of a Cardholder and that of the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive.
11. Coupon is only designated to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Selected Customer’s Designated Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholders from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Reward.
12. The Coupon entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholders’ record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
13. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by Cardholders, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Coupon from Cardholders’ account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
14. Coupon cannot be transferred, exchanged for credit limit or other discount/goods/service.
15. The Bank may change the terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
16. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

DBS Credit Card “HKTaxi 5 Rides and Get 1 Free Offer” Terms and Conditions

1. DBS Credit Card “HKTaxi 5 Rides and Get 1 Free Offer” (the “Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Card and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Card and Business Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
2. The promotion period is from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. To be eligible to enjoy the offer of this Promotion, Cardholders are required to fulfill all the following requirements:

Install the DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”) and complete the registration of DBS Card+ account, and turn on the notification in DBS Card+ More > App & Security Settings > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” before conducting any Eligible Transaction for participating in the Promotion. Cardholders who have already registered DBS Card+ do not need to register again;
5. Install HKTaxi mobile application (“HKTaxi”) and add the Applicable Credit Card to HKTaxi for payment;
6. Register “InstaRedeem” function at HKTaxi with the added Applicable Credit Card; and
7. Reserve taxi or select “Pay for Street-Hail” via HKTaxi and settle payment via the added Applicable Credit Card after the ride (payment made via Apple Pay or Google Pay is not applicable to this Promotion).
8. After completing the steps set out at Clause 3 above, Cardholders who complete a single transaction of HK$30 or above at HKTaxi with the Applicable Credit Card during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Transaction") will receive 1 stamp. The stamp will be displayed on the Timeline of DBS Card+. For every 5 stamps collected by the Cardholder, the next Eligible Transaction completed at HKTaxi with the Applicable Credit Card (the 6th ride) shall be entitled to HK$30 “InstaRedeem” amount (“Offer”) and the 6th ride must be completed on or before 31 March 2022. Cardholders must click “OK” on the Payment Success page of HKTaxi after paying the taxi fare to receive the “InstaRedeem” notification at HKTaxi. Cardholders have to click into that notification right after receiving it to redeem the Offer at HKTaxi. If not, Cardholders can use the Offer received to set off the amount payable for that transaction via the “InstaRedeem” function of DBS Card+ through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on the Eligible Transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Card+. The Offer must be used on or before 14 April 2022 after spending, otherwise it will be considered as giving up the Offer.
9. Cardholders will only be awarded 1 stamp per day.
10. Each DBS Card+ user can enjoy the Offer 10 times during the Promotion Period.
11. Offer is subject to quota and is on a first-come, first-served basis according to the time record of the taxi fare transaction. The Bank will no longer issue any stamp when the quota is full and quota full message will be shown on DBS Website (go.dbs.com/hk-hktaxi).
12. The Offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other “InstaRedeem” promotion offers/reward offered by the Bank and the merchants. If a Cardholder’s spending meets the requirements of other "InstaRedeem" promotion offer/reward at the same time, the Bank has the right to determine which offer/reward to be awarded in respect of that spending. When the spending has already been awarded under the Offer of this Promotion, the same spending cannot be awarded again under other "InstaRedeem" promotions and vice versa. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
13. The Bank has absolute discretion to determine the validity of a transaction and the eligibility of the Offer based on the details (including time and date) of the relevant transaction in the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the transaction record of a Cardholder and that of the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive.
14. Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
15. If there is abuse/non-compliance by the Cardholder in this Promotion, he/she cannot enjoy the Offer. The Bank will not offset the spending or where the offsetting has been affected, the Bank may debit the value from the Cardholder's account(s) without prior notice and/or take action to recover any outstanding amounts.
16. The Bank and HKTaxi App Limited may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. In case of any dispute, the Bank and HKTaxi reserves the right of final decision.
17. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
