General Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion is only applicable to the HKTaxi Mobile Application (“HKTaxi App”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card) and/or Citibank Debit Mastercard® issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also users of the HKTaxi App.
3. HKTaxi App Limited (the “Merchant”) may reject a Citi Credit Card if its payment system cannot handle the card type. Please contact the Merchant for details.
4. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts and value of coupons. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
5. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the transactions, based on Citibank’s records.
6. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s credit card account or (as the case may be) bank accounts the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
7. Cardholders’ accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
8. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the Single Net Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
9. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons offered by other bank(s), nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
10. Unless otherwise specified, the offers in this promotion can be used at the same time.
11. Unless otherwise specified, all amounts will be counted in Hong Kong Dollars.
12. The offers received from this promotion cannot be used to settle any previous outstanding balances or withdrawn as a cash advance, nor can they be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
13. Availability of the offers or services is subject to availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
14. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please contact the Merchant for details.
15. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
16. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
17. Unless otherwise specified, The HKTaxi Coupon will be directly credited to the Cardholder’s HKTaxi App account by the Merchant within 24 hours upon fulfillment of the offer requirement. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the HKTaxi Coupon based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the HKTaxi Coupon fulfillment arrangement. “New sign-up cardholders earn HK$30 HKTaxi Coupon” (“Offer 1”) Terms and Conditions:

18. The Offer 1 promotion period is from August 9, 2021 (starting from 09:00) to October 8, 2021 (until 23:59), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). All Single Net Transactions (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 4) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
19. A “New Sign-Up Cardholder (“Eligible Cardholder”) refers to a Cardholder who successfully signs up an Eligible Card at HKTaxi App as the payment method during the Promotion Period for the first time, or a Cardholder who has not used any Eligible Card as the payment method at HKTaxi App from 8 February 2021 to 8 August 2021, both dates inclusive. Eligible Cardholders are entitled to a HK$30 HKTaxi Coupon.
20. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the HKTaxi Coupon based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion and the HKTaxi Coupon will be directly credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s HKTaxi App account in advance by the Merchant. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the HKTaxi Coupon fulfillment arrangement. 21. In order to use the HKTaxi Coupon, Eligible Cardholders are required to sign up successfully using an Eligible Card at HKTaxi App as the payment method. Cardholders are required to choose to use the HKTaxi Coupon when booking a taxi ride or before the taxi fare payment at HKTaxi App, and must settle the taxi fare with an Eligible Card. Such taxi fare must be the Cardholder’s first Single Net Transaction at HKTaxi App.
22. During the entire Promotion Period, each Cardholder (regardless of whether one or more Eligible Cards are signed up at HKTaxi App) can enjoy Offer 1 once only and is entitled to a maximum HKTaxi Coupon amount of HK$30.
23. Only the first 6,000 Cardholders who fulfill the aforementioned offer requirements (as defined in Clause 21) during the Promotion Period are eligible for Offer 1 on a first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts.
24. The HKTaxi Coupon will be forfeited automatically upon the end of the Promotion Period or when the quota is full during the Promotion Period.

“Pay your fare to earn up to HK$160 in HKTaxi Coupons" ("Offer 2") Terms and Conditions:

25. The Offer 2 promotion period is from August 9, 2021 (starting from 09:00) to October 8, 2021 (until 23:59), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of 2 Phases – Phase 1: August 9 to September 8, 2021; Phase 2: September 9 to October 8, 2021. All Single Net Transactions (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 4) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
26. During each Phase, Cardholders are required to make any Single Net Transaction (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 4) with Eligible Cards to enjoy one HK$20 HKTaxi Coupon for each transaction. Each Cardholder (regardless of whether one or more Eligible Cards are signed up at HKTaxi App) can enjoy Offer 2 FOUR times per Phase and is entitled to a maximum HKTaxi Coupon amount of HK$80.
27. During the Promotion Period, each Cardholder (regardless of whether one or more Designated Cards are signed up at HKTaxi App) can enjoy up to HK$160 HKTaxi Coupons.
28. Only the first 10,000 Cardholders who fulfill the aforementioned offer requirements during the Promotion Period are eligible for the Offer 2 on a first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts.

“Ride 10 Get HK$40 in HKTaxi Coupons" ("Offer 3") Terms and Conditions:

29. The Offer 3 promotion period is from August 9, 2021 (starting from 09:00) to October 8, 2021 (until 23:59), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of 2 Phases – Phase 1: August 9 to September 8, 2021; Phase 2: September 9 to October 8, 2021. All Single Net Transactions (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 4) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
30. During each Phase, Cardholders are required to make any Single Net Transaction (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 4) with Eligible Cards TEN times or above to enjoy extra TWO HK$20 HKTaxi Coupons. Each Cardholder (regardless of whether one or more Eligible Cards are signed up at HKTaxi App) can enjoy Offer 3 once only per Phase and is entitled to a maximum HKTaxi Coupon amount of HK$40.
31. During the Promotion Period, each Cardholder (regardless of whether one or more Designated Cards are signed up at HKTaxi App) can enjoy up to HK$80 HKTaxi Coupons.
32. Only the first 10,000 Cardholders who fulfill the aforementioned offer requirements during the Promotion Period are eligible for the Offer 3 on a first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts.
33. The HKTaxi Coupons are issued in denomination of HK$20.

HKTaxi Coupon Usage Terms and Conditions:

34. Unless otherwise specified, all HKTaxi Coupons will expire 90 days from the date of issuance and will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.
35. Cardholders are required to maintain a valid HKTaxi App account through a local mobile phone number and sign up with an Eligible Card as the payment method at HKTaxi App before using the HKTaxi Coupons.
36. In order to use the HKTaxi Coupon, Cardholders are required to choose to use an HKTaxi Coupon when booking a taxi ride or before the taxi fare payment at HKTaxi App.
37. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders must settle the taxi fare with a Citi Credit Cardissued by Citibank (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card) (“Eligible Transaction”).
38. For HKTaxi Coupons earned from Offer 1 to 3, Cardholders can also settle the taxi fare with a Citibank Debit Mastercard® issued by Citibank (“Eligible Transaction”).
39. HKTaxi Coupons are applicable to fares settled with HKTaxi Pay for Street-Hail and rides prebooked and settled via HKTaxi app.
40. Only one HKTaxi Coupon can be used per Eligible Transaction.
41. HKTaxi Coupons are non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions. Please contact the Merchant for details.
